2008 NL West Champions!!!!!!
Since we’re now in mid-September, that means MLB is winding down towards the finish and some fans around the country are wondering, “How long until my team clinches its division?” While for some, the question might be, “How long until my team is eliminated and I can stop caring about the baseball season?”
For those of you who have been wondering, you can now click on the division of your choice in the MLB standings widget on this very site. To see how close to its conclusion the division in question is, simply click on the link for the division in the widget and see what the Magic Number is for that division.
I downloaded and installed the MLB Standings Widget from Starcross Thechnologies and modified it to include the magic number for the division currently being displayed. So click away and see how near is the end for the division of your choice.
Since my favorite teams is the Dodgers, of course the widget defaults to the NL West.
